What it’s like to work with me.
We’ll start with a basic health history so we can determine what your priorities are, then we’ll work together to create a strategy that fits with your life.
Change can be powerful even if it’s incremental. Small consecutive changes that build on each other lead to better outcomes for permanent habits! Need a little more “oomph” behind these challenges? No problem, I’ll check in with you between sessions to keep you motivated.
My goal is to help educate, empower, and create accountability for you to develop a healthier, more relaxed, and more confident life!
Yeah but, what is it really like to work with me?
Oh, you want to know the gritty stuff. Gotcha.
Your health is a serious subject but that doesn’t mean our sessions have to be clinical and dry (this isn’t a deodorant commercial).
You won’t get the zen yoga-teacher vibe from me but I’m no bootcamp instructor either. My clients and friends describe me as warm, friendly, and highly empathetic. And I like humor–I hope that we can laugh a little when we work together.
I’m just a real, normal person, who likes to encourage smiles and who loves to get nerdy about your well-being.
